For referring clinicians

Image portal

View your patients' images and reports wherever you are. If you refer to us and you have an account, sign in here.

Sign in to the portal →Call 01293 534 043

Bookmark portal.medicalimaging.org.uk/Portal/app. The address without/Portal/app opens a different application, so save the full one. Colleagues sometimes call this the web viewer, InteleViewer or IntelePACS: it is the same thing.

Getting an account

Accounts are set up for clinicians who refer to us. Call our referral centre on01293 534 043 or emailcontactus@medicalimaging.org.uk and we will arrange one. Tell us your name, your GMC or professional registration number, and where you practise.

Forgotten your login

Use the same number or address and we will get you back in. Please do not share an account between colleagues: each clinician needs their own, so that access to patient images stays traceable.

Not the same as referring

This portal is for viewing images and reports. To send us a referral, use the e-referral portal or the routes on our make a referral page. They are two different systems with two different logins.

If you are a patient: this portal is for clinicians, not for patients. Your report goes to the clinician who referred you, and they will talk you through it. What happens after your scan is set out on our patient hub.

Trouble getting in?

Our referral centre is open seven days a week and can sort out access, logins and missing reports.
